Francesco Moretti had mixology in his blood from the beginning. At the age of just 18, he started training at the Sea Lounge in Monaco with Michelin starred chef Jean-Claude Brugel. Francesco has since worked in Europe and America, discovering the essence of a great drink.
With nearly a decade of experience under his belt in the Northern Hemisphere, Francesco decided to move to Asia to explore mixology in Shanghai. He has mixed drinks for the masses at world renowned Bar Rouge.
Francesco’s love for people, travel, culture and art has informed his cocktail making, inspiring new creations and unique signatures that he now offers VOGUE Lounge Bangkok.
