Chef Vincent Thierry grew up in a small town 100 kilometres southwest of Paris, France. Having studied his craft at Michelin-starred restaurants across the country and with a short stint in the US, Thierry was picked from the celebrated Le Cinq at Four Seasons Hotel George V, Paris, to move to Hong Kong and open Caprice at Four Seasons Hotel in 2005.
Chef Thierry led the team of Caprice to being awarded three Michelin-stars for the restaurant for four years running, which served authentic French contemporary cuisine, bringing together culinary influences from regions all over France.
Together with Executive Chef Cyril Cocconi, and the head mixologist of VOGUE Lounge, chef Vincent Thierry is excited to bring his fine dining signature style to Bangkok. He has envisioned a unique menu for VOGUE Lounge where his creations are offered to the guests in bite-sized portions.
He would like to break the barrier to fine dining, offering an elegant, sophisticated yet casual environment to enjoy his beautiful food.
