And the secret of the fantastic fare which delights diners on a nightly basis is Chef de Cuisine Cyril Cocconi.
A graduate of the renowned hotel and tourism institute Lycée Paul Augier in Nice French native Chef Cyril’s impressive résumé reads like a “Who’s Who” of the most reputable kitchens in the world. His career has spanned the globe from Las Vegas to Mauritius and Monaco to his current and much-loved home in Bangkok, where prior to joining VOGUE Lounge he was Chef de Cuisine at the 5-star Okura Prestige Hotel in Lumpini.
Chef Cyril’s culinary journey has led him to occupy senior positions in many fine-dining establishments with gilt-edged reputations for offering truly exquisite cuisine, including stints at the Executive Level in the restaurants of Michelin Star recipient and “Chef of the Century” Joël Robuchon.
